Hanna’s Orphan Home
I really didn’t know why God had put in my heart to go to Ethiopia until I met Hanna. If you ever watch one of my little videos make it this one. You will be hard pressed to meet a person closer to God’s heart beat than Hanna. I truly believe that. Being near her was like watching a parable happening in front of my eyes. My time at Hanna’s Orphan Home was the high point of my trip. I can’t describe the feeling I had looking into the eyes of those beautiful children. I could feel God’s passion for them. They had been snatched from the fire- saved… Everything in me knows I was sent to Africa because I was supposed to meet this woman. I am supposed to help her. She does so much with so little help because she knows it’s right. Where there is a vision- there is provision… Will you help me be that provision for these children? Meet Hanna…

Greetings to all.
My name is Beza Bedane and I’m 21 years old. I was born in Ethiopia but grew up in Denver Colorado. My family have a project called Abenezer Children’s Home, a non profit organization in Gebreguracha Ethiopia, helping HIV/AIDS victim orphans. First when this project started in 2004, we had 40 kids to start with. But we couldn’t afford to help all of them so we had to cut them down to 20 kids. The government to Ethiopia gave us a land to build school, Shelter and clinic as well as library.
Helping kids is my passion. seeing them grow time to time. I always wished if I could help every kid in the world who needs help. But there is such thing called life thats in my way. But still no matter what, I dedicated my life for people who don’t have shelter and food to eat. Because I believe little money as much as a Dollar, can provide food children. That’s giving up a cup of coffee a day to feed those who are hungry and cold.
One of the bored members of Abenezer Children’s Home, Gave me your website and to see what you guys are doing. GOD is an awesome GOD! I’m so glad what people like Hanna and you guys are doing. I know its a lot of work. Sometimes you feel like no one is beside you, like your on your own, BUT IT’S OK!!! Because your all what the orphans got. They don’t have a family, shelter, good and sometimes friends. All they need is for someone to let them know that we care about them no matter who they are or how they became orphans.
I don’t have much to give nor to build Abenezer Childrens Home. But every day I weak up in the morning I thank GOD for what I have. And for letting me live one more day, so I can do something for children’s that Abenezer Children’s home have. I love it when I see kids smiling and being happy for what they got. Sometimes for me its not much, but for them, its the best thing they have ever gotten.
I know I can’t reach all the kids around the world. But when I see other people like Hanna, I get encourage my self and I encourage others no matter what, because little money as much as a Dollar can feed orphans for at least a day.
So please don’t give up. Because if you do, not only your giving up on your vision; but also on the poor little kids that look up to you. keep your head up and do your best. don’t always depend on people to do something for you and to help you, DEPEND ON GOD! NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS! HIS GREATER THEN WHAT WE THINK AND SEE. These children’s are not poor and orphans because God don’t love them or he don’t care about them. He does everything for a reason. For me when I see orphan Children, it gives me a weak up call. Its a lesson, I learn from every thing every day. To open my eyes and appreciate what I have.
God Blesses others through people like us. I believe his using me to bless orphans, by caring for them and feeding them. There is nothing else I’ll rather do then to see orphans having family who cares about them.
This is my Vision and passion! I hope yours is too!!! May God be with you all through the Good times and bad! God Bless you guys. I’m so proud to see people like you.
Beza Bedane.
